Does Barkat work when the internet is down?Internet band ho to chalta hai?
For pharmacies, yes. The Barkat desktop app keeps billing on your Windows or Mac computer and syncs when the internet comes back. General Trade billing and the website need an internet connection.
Is it hard to learn?Seekhna mushkil to nahi?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Barkat. Our team helps you on WhatsApp while you set up.
Can I keep udhaar khata in Barkat?Udhaar ka hisaab rakh sakte hain?
Yes. Every customer has their own khata with a running balance. You can send them a reminder on WhatsApp with one tap. You check the message and press send yourself.
Can I add my old stock in one go?Purana stock ek saath daal sakte hain?
Yes. Download our CSV template, fill in your items (Excel can save a sheet as CSV) and upload it. Barkat adds everything at once.
What happens after 7 days?7 din baad kya hoga?
When the trial ends your shop becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, but new bills need a paid plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
How do I pay?Payment kaise karein?

Is my data safe?Mera data mehfooz hai?
Your data is stored online and protected by your password. Only people you add as staff can see it, and you choose what each person can open.
